Film is part of the creative direction, not an effect added at the end. We plan the light, setting and visual references around your project, then carry that intention through the shoot and the final image selection. An analog menswear editorial and a story told outdoors may need very different approaches.
From the shoot to the scan.
Co-founder Felix Reimers also owns Spieker Film Lab, connecting hands-on photography with development and scanning. That close working relationship helps us keep the visual decisions together across production. The scope can include concept, casting, location photography, processing, scanning and the final edited selection. Deliverables and timing are agreed for each brief.

Do you shoot on real film?
Yes. Analog photography is captured on film, then developed and scanned through Spieker Film Lab. The approach is rooted in the material itself, rather than relying only on a digital film-look effect.
Can analog photographs sit alongside digital video or stills?
Yes. We can plan a mixed production around a shared direction. The balance depends on your visual references, delivery needs and channels. We agree the capture approach and final formats before the shoot.
